Located on the first floor of Armistead House, the Austen Room (Room 101), offers a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom includes a shower and a spacious double vanity, with plush towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary soaps, shampoos, and conditioner provided for your convenience.

The Austen Room features a private gated entrance from the guest parking area at the back of the house, leading directly to its standalone entry. Guests can also access the main building via the outdoor ramp to the primary Guest Entrance.

The room includes cable TV, a mini-fridge, and complimentary high-speed wireless internet available throughout the property. Each room also features an independently controlled HVAC system for personalized comfort. Please note that all rooms at Armistead House are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping.
