Planning Your Arrival

Before your stay, we’ll text your unique entrance code to the number on file. This code unlocks both the building and your room. You’re welcome to share it with anyone on your reservation.

Check-In & Check-Out

You can check in anytime after 3:00 PM.

On departure day, check out by 11:00 AM—no front desk required.

Staff Availability

The property is accessible 24/7 for confirmed guests. For assistance, reach us by email or text between 9 AM and 5 PM daily. Staff may be on-site during weekdays. For after-hours emergencies, contact us directly.

Cleaning

For stays longer than three nights, we’re happy to provide additional towels or housekeeping services upon request. Please reach out to us if you need anything during your stay.

Parking

Each room includes a designated parking spot directly behind the building. For additional vehicles, the Prince George Parking Garage is one block away.
